Hull City are delighted to announce Safiport as a new principal partner and back-of-shirt and academy sponsor.
Safiport’s branding will appear on the back of all three first-team kits and the front of all academy shirts from the Under-8 to Under-21 age groups for the 2024/25 season.
Their branding will also be visible at the MKM Stadium on home matchdays on the LED advertising boards and on interview backdrops for pre and post-match media commitments.
Hull City Chairman Acun Ilıcalı said: “We are really grateful to Mustafa Hakan SAFI and everyone at Safiport for their support and delighted to welcome them to our Hull City family.
“Teaming up with another high-profile Turkish partner demonstrates the continued and increasing growth of the club overseas and in my country. “Safiport have shown their commitment by not only sponsoring the back of the shirts for the first team, but also the shirts for our academy and supporting the next generation of talent. “We look forward to welcoming Mr Hakan Safi and Safi Holding team to the MKM Stadium to watch the Tigers!” Hakan Safi, Chairman of Safi Holding, said: “Acun Ilıcalı has made Hull City more and more successful every day since he bought the team in 2022. “We came together with Acun Ilıcalı and talked about what we can do together. I shared my idea of being a sponsor Hull City with him and our Hull City journey started. “Safiport is an important brand for us, we are on our way to becoming an international port. We also want to take part in Acun Ilıcalı's story. “Hull City will be in the Premier League as soon as possible and we, as Safiport, will take part in this success. “We are ahead of other teams in terms of sponsorship and this makes me proud. It will be an exciting and fun season with beautiful and important matches.”
Safiport replace McVitie’s as the club’s back-of-shirt sponsor after their principal partnership came to an end. The club would like to thank McVitie’s for their support throughout the partnership.
