| PURPOSES |

| The purpose of this Price List and Special Conditions is to specify the prices and conditions of Safiport Safi Derince International Port Management Inc. for the services provided in Kocaeli / Derince Port sea areas and quays. The Price List will be valid as of 01.01.2022 and will remain in effect until a new instruction. Safiport will announce the changes in the Price List and Special Conditions through official announcements or by publishing it on the Safiport website www.safiport.com.tr. Our customers can reach Safiport Trade Department for their questions using the contact information below. |

| The vessel waiting ( unnecessary occupation ) cost until 1000 grt will be 200 usd / hour and for coming each 1000 grt and fraction 70 usd / hour will be added to the cost. For example, the unnecessary occupation cost for a 3100 grt vessel will be 410 Usd / per hour. | - |

| SPECIAL CONDITIONS |

| 1. In the calculation, the unit of measurement with the highest amount as ton/cbm/piece is taken as basis. |
| 2. This tariff enters into force on 01 January 2024. The services to be rendered pursuant to this tariff are subject to the provisions of the Law, Regulation, Regulation and Instruction regarding these issues, apart from the special conditions specified in the relevant sections of the tariff. The Company reserves the right to revise and change the Price List and make changes in special conditions in accordance with the terms of the Transfer of Operating Rights Agreement from time to time. In case of contradiction and/or difference in meaning between the English text and the Turkish text of this tariff, the Turkish text shall prevail. |
| 3. Service Items The services in the tariff list include the services provided to Ship Persons (owner, operator, agency, etc.). Services Provided to Cargo and Commodity are Also Evaluated. |
| 4. Ring service usage fee 350 USD + VAT |
| 5. For general cargo ships carrying dangerous cargo, the berthing fee is increased by 30%. |
| 6. The Terminal Handling Cost services provided for parts with tonnage under 1 ton, is being evaluated as 1 ton and billed as 90 usd. |
